Mike Gaburo

As the CEO of Igloo Software, Mike is responsible for all facets of the business. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, 15 of which leading software businesses, Mike has a proven track record of delivering great results for customers, employees, and investors. Prior to joining Igloo, Mike was the CEO at payments fintech Brightwell where he led the transformation of the company’s product and a rejuvenation of its go-to-market efforts, resulting in a 4x growth in the company’s user base and revenue. Prior to that as COO of Paycor, Mike helped the provider of HCM SaaS grow revenue 5x to over USD$100 million.
Scott Shapiro

Scott Shapiro is Chief Revenue Officer at Igloo. With over a decade of senior leadership experience spanning all facets of sales and strategic business development, Scott has been instrumental in leading several high-growth SaaS businesses to record revenue and profitability. A results-oriented executive with a high capacity for driving organizational success, Scott has earned his reputation as a trusted advisor to peers, customers, partners and investors. Prior to Igloo, Scott was Chief Revenue Officer at PowerDMS where he developed and successfully implemented a full go-to-market plan and more than doubled ARR in under 3 years. Before this, Scott was Vice President of Sales at Paycor where he led a sales organization of 120 staff, consistently setting new sales records, including the tripling of new ARR bookings in just 12 months. Scott has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and has been repeatedly recognized with awards and honors throughout his academic and professional career.
Tom Mall

Tom is a financial executive with over two decades of experience in driving growth and value. Prior to Igloo Software, Tom served as CFO of a number Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, where he also managed operational teams. Tom’s M&A experience includes a sell side transaction to a Private Equity firm, sell of a subsidiary to Rakuten, and a strategic sell side transaction to TransUnion, along with leading cross functional teams to successfully complete post-merger integration. Tom’s operational experience includes running Business Operations and Customer Service/Success teams responsible for Revenue Processing, Renewal, and Retention.
Don Prodehl

Don has been in the technology industry for over 20 years and has successfully launched several SaaS products ranging from ERP to crowd-funding offerings. He has a passion to create great software and build strong teams. Don now resides in Maryland where he enjoys the water, a nice glass of wine while boating on the bay, and having a good time with family and friends. He is married to his wife Carolyn and has two wonderful kids and two occasionally wonderful dogs.

Kristen is our resident “People Person.” As the Chief People Officer at Igloo Software, Kristen uses her over 15 years of experience to shape the variety of employee and leadership programs at Igloo. In her role, Kristen provides expertise in global organizational design, implementing global HR programs and initiatives, as well as providing influential leader and employee coaching, to foster a positive employee culture. Kristen was recently featured on Human Resources Director Canada’s 2018 Hot List, recognized as a professional who is reshaping the future of HR in Canada.
Sean Duffy

As the Vice President of Product Strategy, Sean Duffy advocates for customers throughout the planning, design, and development cycle at Igloo Software. Leading Igloo’s team of product managers and UX Designers, Sean applies his extensive experience in enterprise software development to the continual improvement of the Igloo development process, delivering exceptional value and quality to customers. He has been practicing Agile Development for more than 12 years as both a product manager and software engineer. In every release cycle, Sean strives to deliver exceptional value and quality to customers. Prior to joining Igloo Software, Sean spent 17 years developing enterprise software in diverse roles, including product management, software engineering, and quality assurance.
Matthew Simone

As a Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience in high tech, Matthew has lead technology teams across the region. Beginning his career in Quality Assurance in Ottawa working on network clock synchronization, Matthew developed a passion for delivering high-quality software and driving business growth through technology and innovation. Matthew began leading technology teams at BlackBerry and built top-performing teams by focusing on strengths while challenging traditional norms. Outside of work you can find Matthew working as a committee member for the Waterloo-Wellington Science and Engineering Fair or playing his Euphonium in the Kitchener Musical Society Band. Matthew has a degree in Software Engineering from McMaster University.
Chris Bondhus

Chris oversees the marketing team, strategy, brand, and programs that support Igloo’s next stage of growth. With over 20 years of SaaS marketing experience, Chris has a track record of success driving ARR growth, customer retention, and market share at high growth technology and software companies. Most recently, Chris was part of the PatientPing leadership team that grew revenues 90% which contributed to the company’s successful exit. Chris was a finalist for Oracle’s Modern Marketer of the Year award and also won an Account Based Marketing Innovation Award. A frequent speaker, Chris has presented at SiriusDecisions, Oracle, Demandbase, and other conferences.
Mike Baggley

As VP Customer Experience, Mike strives to ensure customers get the most out of their partnership with Igloo. Mike is passionate about helping our clients drive increased employee engagement in their businesses to help improve business outcomes. Before Igloo, Mike was the Chief Customer Officer at Intelex Technologies where he formed and scaled their CX team and helped drive world class CSAT and retention results. In his spare time, you can find him playing his Stratocaster on a small stage somewhere, riding a dirt bike around in the forest looking for a fun trail, or spending time with his wife and two young daughters.

Brian McViney is the Vice President of Sales at Igloo Software. Brian has been leading successful Enterprise sales teams for over a decade in the US and abroad. He is well known by his teams as a compassionate leader who focuses on driving results through healthy growth. Prior to Igloo, Brian was the VP and General Manager at Catalant Technologies. Prior to that he held numerous sales leadership positions at Catalant Technologies and the Corporate Executive Board (CEB). Brian has an MBA from Georgetown University. When not working, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and his dog.
