Don Prodehl Joins Igloo Software as CTO to Lead Digital Workplace Innovation Initiatives

Addition Rounds Out CEO Mike Gaburo’s Senior Leadership Team

Kitchener-Waterloo, ON — April 19, 2022 — Igloo Software, the leading provider of digital workplace solutions, today announced that Don Prodehl has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Prodehl brings extensive experience building, designing, and launching innovative, multi-tenant SaaS, cloud-based products to his new position. His joining underscores Igloo’s commitment to reimagining and delivering the digital workplace for the new world of work.

Don brings a comprehensive track record of scaling engineering and product teams to deliver category defining solutions used by millions of people. He most recently served as CTO and Executive Vice President of Technology at EVERFI. During his tenure the company grew from $12M to over $100M in annual revenue, and the technology team grew more than 20x to nearly 150 people, driven by EVERFI’s organic growth and four separate acquisitions. EVERFI was acquired by Blackbaud in January 2022 for approximately $750M. Prodehl led the creation of EVERFI’s technical roadmap, oversaw product development/engineering teams, and spearheaded innovation initiatives. He also transformed the development approach to an agile product methodology, introduced quality automation, and supporting processes – resulting in two years of the successful continuous integration of new features and full releases.

Before EVERFI, Prodehl served as Vice President, R&D and Product Management at Avectra, Inc., where he was responsible for the strategy, design, development, roadmap, and launch of four major web-based and SaaS products. Prodehl has also held technology and business development positions at Cvent, Inc. and TMA Resources, Inc. He earned his B.S. in computer science/mathematics from Augustana College and an M.B.A. in finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
